As a child of the eighties Prince was one of the great songwriters who not only ruled the air-waves, but also had a huge impact on pop culture. He leaves behind a legacy that includes a huge canon of hit songs, movies, and ideas that helped us question the rules that were placed on us by society; things as simple as names. I will remember him most for the songs that brought me and my brothers so much pleasure growing up.
